Direct Billing – We currently offer direct billing only to Pacific Blue Cross. For all other insurance providers, we will provide a receipt for reimbursement.

Access and Booking Hours Information – Located within Legacy Senior Living, please inform the front desk concierge of your visit upon arrival. The door is unlocked from 9 AM to 6 PM, and for bookings outside these hours, simply buzz in. Refer to the therapist’s schedule in JaneApp for availability.

Parking – Oakridge Massage offers convenient parking options for our clients. Free street parking is available on Ash Street and Willow Street. Nearby parking options include the TD Bank and BC Liquor Store parking lots.

Massage Therapy

RMT refers to a Registered Massage Therapist. An RMT is a healthcare professional who is trained and licensed to provide therapeutic massage treatments. These treatments are used to address a variety of physical conditions, including muscle tension, pain, injury, and stress.

Yuxia (Jade) Han

Yuxia (Jade) Han is a graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College. Jade has successfully helped a diverse clientele, including individuals with chronic pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, headaches, insomnia, jaw pain, muscle soreness, and movement restrictions. To achieve her patient goals, Jade combines an array of techniques including, but not limited to: a thorough assessment, fascial manipulation, Swedish massage, specific deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. As she seeks to nurture her practice through continuing studying and experience, she strives to integrate new knowledge and modalities into her treatments. In her spare time, you can expect to find Jade tending to her orchids, riding her bike, or hiking new trails.

Specializing in therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage, David combines these techniques with joint mobilization to enhance treatment effectiveness.
